Yes we do know what is intended.
However, the actual decision of whether to fine or not, is subjective, which is my concern.
I understand this, but then lost of laws are interpreted.I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

A trip to tosco might do me good, I've got the miseries ....
Youngest son has been home for a few days, yet more organising of the few things left in his bedroom but he pulled everything out and now its strewn all over the dining room and I've got to trail up and downstairs restoring it to his room so I can get the house back to normal again.
He had the final written exam yesterday so someone organised the end of year barbecue last night so him and his mate stayed over. So son comes back this morning, very quiet and then I find that he's gone back to bed
So I leave him to sleep in for a few hours and I then nag him out of bed - he actually had his mattress on the floor of his bedroom.
So then all he wants to do is sit down preferably in the garden but I have to nag him to get his kit together. We looked at the train time tables and basically there was just one train to get - 1 train too late, one you had to change so he had less than an hour for the only suitable train to get organised.
In the meantime he starts being sick - in the loo, in the garden ... But I said he has to get on that train and he has to get back, no excuses. He is working tonight so he has to be back.
So he's caught the train anyway and is heading north again.
The house is a shambles and OH is not due back until late tonight, no phone call from the computer shop about my poorly computer. Sun still struggling through.
Think I need a trip to tosco to cheer myself up
Go and have yourself some retail therapy mhoc, you'll feel much better.0 -
Oo, that was weird, just checked the findfriend ap thingy
OH is 49 miles away and youngest son is now 47 miles away so I am in a straight line almost exactly in the middle of them“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Just had one of those light bulb moments.
A weird amount went into the current account and I've just figured out what it was. I got the Finn Crisp from waitrose the other week and on it is a big blue TRY ME FREE flash - its a coinks thing, enter the code on the website and then eventually £1.29 goes back into your account
So now I have free crisp read, just need something cheesy and garlicky to go on the top“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

DiM is now seedy
Oh I forgot! Yesterday I found 2 rogue sunflowers growing in my wooden planters outside. I didn't plant them so all I can think is they have been dropped there by birds feeding on the wild bird seed? Way better looking than my little sad seed that I planted on purpose0 -
