I found 18 wash pink Surfs in T superstore tonight - went through at 87p each.

So the boxes are flashed new size 16 ... Reduced by 2 washes no doubt for same price? As consumers we are getting fleeced with smaller pack/item sizes for the same or higher prices. This inflation seems to be hidden from official statistics, or is this taken into account? It is an increasing pattern.

Also it is quite clear some items such as Frijj, Muller, Coke etc are priced to be almost permanently on offer. In effect the offer price is the true value of the item, in my opinion.

Oh great Anon you found some! It's a bit cheeky that isn't it? They had the same thing with 28 wash coming up cheaper (couple of weeks ago although I didn't find any) because they were replacing it with 25.

I'd never buy those normally. At £3.50 (or more in some expresses) they are just stupidly expensive!

I'm missing my OH. Not really sleeping well and a bit, well, mafted.

Good luck with the gammon - I still have around 10 from th £6 glitch just before Christmas. I got 10 bags of 4 x Pies tonight in Morrisons. Reduced from £3.00 1o £1.55 then manger says "25p a bag" - I shall be eating pie whilst OH is away!
