Good morning, I feel like i've been away ages :( 90 pages.

Had a good weekend, Friday was Sheffield dogs with free slot vouchers for casino next door and we won £26 :j On Saturday I met my cousin whos over from Oz for an Indian, who I haven't seen for about 16 years :D Then spent Sunday in Goole catching up with my old friends :T Wonderfull.

Hope everyone is well :) off for a skip around

My Sisters were over from Oz too and the first meal out together was an Indian by special request. They have lovely restaurants and cuisine in Oz apart from Indian, so when they come here - I get all Indianed out:rotfl:

    Morning all :)

The carex is still showing on MYS at 2 for £4.00 in Asda, 62p each in Sainsbobs, for those who are lucky enough to find an Asda that either stocks it, or restocks.
I went to Sainsb's this morning, and noticed the Carex handwash for 62p, but there was none left, just a gap.
I also noticed this, doesn't seem to be available in A, but may be good for a TvS.

I also had a till coupon for 5p off per ltr fuel when you spend £15 on healthcare, so bought some Calypo sun screen for £14.99 and cheapy tooth brushes (and some other bits to make £20, and got a BM of £9.99! :D
I'm not sure if the sun screen is the right one, so may have to return it ;)

    Good morning all

Just thought I would give a little bit of an update on my Nectar card progress.

I have 4 cards in rotation now,
My original one - which I use once a month after years of use, finally gave me a new split last month. 240 points for a 60 spend rather than 160 for 80 spend.. So it is dropping.

My second card - has only ever given me 50p off products, usually in conjunction with products I am buying such as deoderant etc. I had a double points postal maling also in regards to this card.

The third card - has given nothing of use yet.

but my fourth card - which is unregistered (Unlike the other 3.) gives me a double points coupon every time I use it.

Il keep going and post another update in a few months. :D
Found a £6 off £40 spend too today, which I am pleased with - as the machines have been spitting out £15 off first online shop to everyone not using a nectar card for 2 weeks or so now!!)
    Wishing you all good luck!

Trying to explain to misery guts that I am going to double up some clubcard vouchers to get a water butt for the greenhouse instead of parting with actual cash is like :wall: :wall: :wall:

When I was looking for a new water butt last month (current one has a hole in the bottom :( ), the best value I could find was from Wilkinsons (order online, free delivery to store, the 200L one for only £24 - this was about £8 cheaper than on eBay or elsewhere online, don't forget TCB or Quidco too).

Also notice 100L or 120L at Wilko for £17 - 100L appeared in Aldi again at £19.99.

LOL. Yes I did :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: also when I got banned too :D:D:p

I phoned my dad and said "You'll never guess but I've been banned from Tosco":rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I took it on the chin :) I did say back to the manager "there's hundreds of other stores" :D:p:p (I also pop into the store, late at night anyway (24hours open):p

Hmm there might be a Mr LTF;);):D:) but I don't think he love Mr T as much as me :eek::eek::eek::o

It never really occurred to me that I could be banned for taking them up on their DTD policy - I have only really done it on joints of meat, Disney DVDs and a large electrical item, but I suppose I was being a little cheeky as I knew they were overcharging when I bought them ;).

I suppose if I thought about it, they can't be too happy having to pay DTD, but then it is their policy and they are the ones who haven't labelled correctly. I suppose targetting DTD could be seen as not in the spirit of the policy (or some such?) or we could be seen as doing them a service as mystery shoppers, for a small fee .

Are others known to have been banned for targetting Ts for DTD or is this isolated?

I may have to be more careful in future :o.

i know the feeling they were loud this morning, we also have a wild cockeral that lives in the holly tree in our garden that crows at 4.00 am all year round even in the dark, he does it continuosly for 10 min then goes quiet then starts again his owners moved away and left him 5 years ago and he has became the village tramp going from house to house to get fed, everyone loves him but first thing in the morning he is not popular the other day one of the girls across the field throw a shoe out of the window at him as he was on her porch crowing at 5am wanting his breakfast:rotfl::rotfl:

A lady on facebook suggested that she had been listed in a 'customer watch' type booklet, which I assume is the point before being banned. She had had a few DTD and uses alot of coupons, I can only assume its in regards to the DTD. :(

I loved trulymad's comment wouldn't it be great if we all lived in the same street! Other people just don't seem to get our moneysaving exploits. However, saying that I do have a few neighbours who enjoy the whoopsie counter and we often meet there or discuss our hauls.

Really need a glitch. Have however received my free box of bran cereal from facebook which will keep me going this week. Really need malted wheaties to come on 3 for 2 to stock up for other half. I really resent paying £1.58 in asda for them. Farmfoods had a really cheap version at 75p for 500g but they seemed a one off promotion.

Keep looking out for the warburtons promotions. I got lots of there 30p off coupons off any product and they are great at whoopsie time and you get paid to take them away.
