Had gammon joint for tea, with woopsied potatoes and baby carrots. Combined with Bessies yorkshire puds from the coupons a while ago.

It was lovely and there's loads of meat left for cold salads tomorrow and day after. Thanks Mr T

Hi:wave: savingbabs...well done on the DDT...was it st@irfoot...I have yet to find one mislabeled in there but don't know if I'd have the bottle even if I did find one! Too much of a chicken to ask if they didn't offer it!!

Have you ever found any 1p items in this store?. They seem to be quite on the ball when I've been it....

i got some in b and q yesterday they are about 12 " tall and were reduced to 10p as had not been watered so might be worth looking there.
also got strips of cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, brussels and other types of tomatoes all for 10p to

    What glitch was that? Lol

I was thinking about the OEP glitch ;) good times! :D £160 worth of shopping for £30 :cool:

TCO glitch was a good one :)

Discovery clubcard coupon was good also!

    Ahhh memories :)

    Meal deal mis-price also (4 dtd's :D )

OEP, Hairgel, TCO, 32p. There were so many last year. Although it was hard to keep up, we had a laugh. I wish, I said I WISH, (if T's & A's are listening) It would happen again. :D

    Evening :)

Fab week in Cornwall. Weather amazing apart from BH Monday which was ridiculously wet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Deliberately no internet and no shopping for a whole week. And I am another one who does not own a mobile phone, so no temptation - loved it :j

    A v T from a quick shop at 4pm today

    1 x Frijj Strawberry Milkshake (471ml)£1.25 £0.62

    1 x Frijj Limited Edition Milkshake (471ml)£1.25 £0.62

Also, picked up some rolls and they compared well vs S

1 x ASDA Chosen by You White Finger Rolls (6)£0.68 £0.35

But the one that surprised me was the fruit juice vs W - As offer is 5 for £4 (£1 each) and the multibuy has not been picked up for as long as I can remember. But these are 2 for £1.50 at W. I only bought 5, but think the cost is lower if you buy 6 - one has compared at the full W price of £1.20. Would use these as fillers for an A vs W shop (if ever there is a !!!! hot bargain at W :)

1 x ASDA Chosen by You Pure Smooth Orange Juice from C...£3.00£2.70
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Apple Juice from Concentrate (1...£1.00£0.75
1 x ASDA Chosen by You 100% Pure Pineapple Juice from ...£1.00£0.75

And thank you for the new thread Snap :T

Lovely to have you back RN. Cornwall is my favourite holiday destination. We've had many a lovely holiday long the beaches of North Cornwall. We were actually in Boscastle the year it flooded:eek:
    That was one to remember.

Waitrose is a nightmare to compare with. I spent ages planning an AvW shop to save £1 on a bottle of Jack Daniels. I need to spend less time researching as it eats into my life:(
Virtually nothing compares apart from Weetabix and the usual fruit and veg. And even that is hit and miss.

Anyway when I got to A they had sold out of the JD and I had to think on my feet. Nightmare.
