Hello again. It appears to be that particular receipt. I have tried another receipt, using the same details, and it has generated the voucher on that without problem. Clearly not exceeded the 10 claims then to be able to have that! Oh so well - so all I've lost is the £1.20 odd on the receipt that has had the "10 claims" associated to it from May and hasn't got rid of that despite it now being June, unless anyone else can get it to generate a voucher.

We had ours today. Leg of lamb cooked in white wine ( COTs organic) and other things. Its usually cooked in red but OH found a new recipe. We had a visitor, so had a posh dinner. Im not a lamb fan but it was very nice. I sort of prefer the left over creations next day

I have had this happen to me once and I don't think there is anyway of retrieving it
