Not a drop has passed my lips yet, too early. Think I am just getting my late night boost of energy because I got up early this morning, so my bodyclock is all finarked up.

The weeding has got to you in the end - I knew it would:D

Hi - bilge alert for this post as it's just me chatting away - I've just thought of an excellent way of getting rid of some small APGs (and replacing them with another one back, handy before my 'big'* M comp. tomorrow) - I'm just off now to do it in RL - see you laters!!:)

*Or possibly a small 8-item shop but with every one of the items comparable to much cheaper in M. Small 8-itemer of approx £12 spend (my two current larger APGs) plus whatever APG I have back from tonight. (Wombles of course yet to be obtained:D.) Small in the sense of no. of items, but big in the sense of expensive spend.

One of the key dietary constituents for staying "regular" is dietary fiber, a nutrient in which most nuts and seeds are fairly concentrated. On an ounce-for-ounce basis, the very small seeds, like flaxseeds or chia seeds, contain more fiber than the larger seeds like sunflower or pumpkin seeds.:D:D:D

I'll bear that in mind in future, no chance of me buying the chocolate party rings as dd won't eat them. I'm wishing I'd put the Moretti Lager into the AvM shop now.

To be honest that Moretti Lager is the one price on there I'm unsure about. (Not cheap enough price for me!:D) It looks right though - as it's not on offer at Ms (if it was I would surely have picked it up? - well, I don't pick up items in M just their prices.) I can't vouch for the accuracy or otherwise of the M Moretti price on there.

There's a farmfoods not too far from me, thank you :D

Thanks davemorton as I did not know that farmfoods would take the vouchers:beer: I knew the big 4 did but because its a budget shop I've never tried coupons in farmfoods.:money:

Ill say it again just in case, CHECK FIRST!! as I am sure it was either B&M or Farmfoods, but I cant find the post, have been off searching. But they were a pound odd, and took the vouchers. Someone (the original poster) will be along soon to inform us.
