    Lidl do bags of frozen strawberries/mixed berries, so maybe other supermarkets do too. I can't think of one good reason why you couldn't defrost a small handful at a time, mash it up and then stir into the yoghurt.
    I'm not always the one doing mealtimes! But, you make a good suggestion - I could take a small amount of fruit out of the freezer in the morning which will defrost during the day for adding to yoghurt in the afternoon.

    You could probably make a nice jammy-type mixture or coulis by adding some sugar to the fruit and heating it gently in a pan.


    I might go out in a bit and buy some myself and see what I can do with it.

    That's a fab idea, I've bought frozen berries and tropical fruits but never thought to do that. Will have to give it a go now, thanks B&T.

    Lemon Curd is an amazing addition to yogurt. It is also good to mix the curd into the yog and then freeze it - yum!!
