It's very common in some people. Every time they have an issue, they go to the branch, because in their minds branches are all powerful as they have people there.

As I said before I was told I could pay it early and I tried Nationwide who had a higher interest rate and others said no. I had never had credit before so my credit rating would have been neutral

No, I have called them many times but they couldn't come up with a figure for the early settlement amount

I have only been to the branch 3 times since getting the loan, you're talking about it as if I am there every day. The branch closes at 5pm every day so I don't go to the branch that much.
