The HARIBO The Smurfs Prize Draw (the “Prize DrawPrize Draw”) is operated by Dunhills (Pontefract) Plc (trading as HARIBO) of PO Box 1, Pontefract, WF8 1 WX, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “we”, “us”, “our” or “HARIBO” according to the context.
You can only take part in the Prize Draw if you tick the “Accept” box. By ticking the “Accept” box you accept and fully agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not comply with them, your entry may be disqualified.
Who may enter the Prize Draw

1. To enter the Prize Draw, you must live in the UK or the Republic of Ireland and be aged 16 years or over. Please ask your parent or guardian for consent to enter into the Prize Draw.
2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Dunhills (Pontefract) Plc or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, or members of their immediate families, or any other agent who is associated with the Prize Draw.
3. Anyone who enters the draw will be required to provide their name, date of birth, valid email address and postal address.
4. Your details will only be used by us to administer the Prize Draw.
5. Personal data held by us will be dealt with strictly in accordance with HARIBO’s privacy policy available at www.haribo.com


How to enter the Prize Draw

6. To enter this Prize Draw you must submit your name, date of birth, postal address and valid email address and correctly answer the multiple choice question set out on the website. You are not required to purchase any HARIBO products to enter this competition.
7. You can enter the prize draw as many times as you wish.
8. By submitting your entry:
a. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, you agree that we may publish your first name and the town, city or area in which you live.
b. If you are a winner you also agree to participate in any publicity or other promotional activities, in any manner or media, which we may reasonably require in connection with the Prize Draw. We may not necessarily inform you about the publicity or other promotional activities for which we may use your photograph, and will not make any payment to you in connection with these.
9. The Prize Draw will run from 7th May 2013 to 29th August 2013 inclusive. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.
The Prize Draw
10. Winning entries for the Prize Draw will be drawn at random each Friday during August 2013, namely: 02/08/2013, 09/08/2013, 16/08/2013, 23/08/2013, 30/08/2013.
11. Every prize draw will be made up of all valid entries submitted between the start of the Prize Draw and the date of each draw.
12. Only one prize per winner is allowed over all five weeks. If duplicate winners are drawn, the prize will be re-drawn in order for another participant of the Prize Draw to win.
13. The winners of the Prize Draw will be notified via email.
14. We will not accept responsibility for any entries which we do not receive, or for any entries which are lost, delayed or become corrupted during electronic transmission. Even if you have proof that you have submitted an entry, this will not constitute proof of receipt by us.
15. Anonymised information of the winners’ names and the town or city in which they live can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to us, after the closing date of the Prize Draw, to the address set out above.

17. The total prize fund will be split and awarded equally with 145 prizes being available for each prize draw as follows;
a. 50 x Packs of HARIBO The Smurfs
b. 40 x The Smurfs DVDs
c. 30 x Official The Smurfs 2 eight-piece magnet sets
d. 20 x Official The Smurfs 2 movie posters
e. 4 x Official The Smurfs 2 PS3 video games
f. 1 x Sony Cyber-shot digital cameras
Other Information
18. All prizes will be sent out by Royal Mail within 28 days of them being awarded. No liability lies with HARIBO should the prizes be incorrectly delivered, or if there is a case of failure to deliver.
19. All prizes are not transferable and must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or alternative prizes are available in whole or in part except as described in these Terms and Conditions.
20. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value.
21. If any winner is unable for any reason to accept their prize, or we are not able to contact a winner within two weeks of them being drawn, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant of the Prize Draw.
22. All decisions made by us are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
