Ring up Lloyds and ask which credit reference agencies they report to just to clarify that they do report to Experian. Then ask when the last date they reported the information to them. Then get in touch with Experian and ask why it is not showing (you can then say when the account was last updated from information you get from Lloyds).
Are they showing with the other credit reference agencies?
You may get more help if you had posted in the new credit files and ratings board as they have representatives from CRA's who may be able to help.Been there, done that and Ebay'd the t shirt. :beer:0 -
