Try Alex Shanks Ltd 0808 1660 420, they do Karcher so may be able to help. OR go into your nearest Machine Mart, they should be able to point you in the right direction, as they sell 1,000 of them.
If it's a small domestic model, it may be more expensive to repair than to buy a new one from ALDI or LIDL next time they're on offer.0
