we was stuck on the exact same bits when we did it on tuesday this week but the lady who went through the forms with us did it for us when we got there so dont worry its better to miss them out and ask than to do it wrong
i know where it says my main centre of interest has been we put our home address there and then all the rest the lady put a line through as none of them applied to us but not sure wether the others mean anything to you or not HTH x

If your husband has had a business (failed or otherwise) in the UK then he should put the address of this under:
    1. (f) [My centre of main interests has been][I have had an establishment] at

other than that, just ask the BR clerk at the court to check. :)

Let us know how you get on Suzy,

I'm not much help with the initial forms because some kind hearted creditor did it for us and we're both eternally grateful for his magnanimity and generosity :D

What I do know is that none of these forms are expected to be a 100% perfect; if you're not sure leave it out and ask somebody. I was still filling some of our forms in while we waited for our appointment with the O.R.

    hi guys,
Sorry its took so long to reply, kids home from school chores to do you know how it is.
Well my husband was made bankrupt at 10.16 on friday morning.
All went well, they said to allow all day but we were on our way home at 11.50.
It wasnt as bad as he thought, the worse thing for him on the day was when the clerk came out & asked who was filing for bankruptcy he didnt put his hand up at first & i could see he was so embarressed.
At that time i thought he would get up & walk out but then another lady put her hand up so it made it a little easier.
I think the worse is probably going to come in the shape of an OR but im sure we'll get through it together.
The main thing is were all here & healthy, whats money anyway.
Has anyone else seen the OR yet?
    speak to you all soon
