I have a pension that has been frozen for several years.
Is there anyway I can get the money out of the pension.

not unless you are over the Scheme Pension Age, or 55 with a reduction formula applied, no.
PS - deferred or paid-up, not 'frozen'.The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0 -
She could mean 'paid up' as in a personal pension which hasn't received contributions for some time.
Either way, the fact remains you must be 55 to draw benefits from a pension (of any kind).0 -

unless you are over 55 or have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, the answer is no.
