Would you own up if undercharged?

  • Saying that 'I have spend so much there over the years so im entitled to it' isnt exactly very fair, as its not the company that will be out of pocked, its the person on the till! More than likely, they will have to pay it to the shop, so your actually just taking money of somone who is trying to do there job..

I work at a nursery, but we sell food too, so I work with a till. I have gave people to much change before, and it comes out of my wages!!

Its always interesting to see the ones who kick up a fuss when they are over charged, but wouldn't say anything if they are undercharged!

Yes, it has happened to me once though not in the circumstances that the title would bring to mind.

One time I was in my bank and you know how it is, you have to put in a small amount to get some money out so I think I put in maybe £2.60 for some busfare possibly, I got my account credited with £260.

Maybe this has something to do with it being a bank and easily checked against their receipts/records I will not comment, but all my life I have been told by my 'family' I am too honest for my own good sometimes.

Didn't even get a thank you from the teller or bank which annoyed me though, I didn't have to waste my time coming in and it wasn't my mistake or fault.
