I started working out in the gym late year and I have made very decent progress.
Although I am now starting to find a bit of pain in wrist when pushing heavy weights.
I been searching the net for gloves, and the best ones seem to be Harbinger Gloves with built in Wrist Wraps.

The problem is that there aint much availability in the UK so normally takes around 20 days to ship.
The other alternative seems to be Golds Gym

They are quite readily available in the UK but dont seem to be aas good.
I was hoping I could get some recommendation from the Gym elite on this board. The gloves have to have Wrist Support.
Thanks.

My other half bought these:

They are really good quality & mold to fit your hands. The leather is soft & the wrist straps are really supportive. He would recommend them to anyone who needs wrist support when lifting weights.0 -
What exercises are you needing support for and at what weights?
If you are uninjured and needing wrist support you need to work on grip strength.

thanks devil i think i will go for them RDX ones.
Heartbreak - I am 174cm, 62kg so a relatively slim guy.
I normally feel pain in wrist when doing chest press - around 35-40kg. I know I am quite late weight but I only started gym for the first time in my life 9 months ago.
I was told by a PT in the gym the problem is with the way I grip. Although I try to keep the wrist and hand straight the hand usually bends a bit. Therefore I thought a wrist wrap glove would help.
Are there any sets you can recommend for grip strength.
Thanks in advance0 -
If your grip is a touch weak then supporting it will take the strain off the muscles and make it weaker.
Really simple exercises for grip include squeezing a tennis ball and holding a broom handle in both hands at shoulder height and turning it, like you're rolling up a piece of paper. Also hang-flex - hang from a pull-up bar (or event he edge of a dinner table) and flex the muscles you would use to do a pull-up. The grip strengtheners you can buy are pretty good too
In the gym itself, you might also want to try some work with dumbbells - even just holding a light one and lifting with your wrist. Fly presses with dumbbells also helped my grip but I'm not sure it's supposed to! However, the thing that helped my grip the most was deadlifting
Benching is a hard lift - I'm built like a tank and I only bench 60-65kg after training since January! I deadlift, squat and pull-up too. Weights are much more fun than running IMO.
Good luck!

My other half bought these because they have good grip and the wrist support is great. They are made of good quality leather aswell.
He initially bought them as he was new to weight lifting and felt his wrists weren't quite strong enough at the time. However, he still uses them as he finds them comfortable.
I get the impression they mold to the shape of your hand too.0 -
OP i would suggest working on your grip like hearbreak star has advised wearing wrist support wont actually help strengthen the wrist, i wore gloves just to stop things slipping and to stop roughing my hands up.0
