Santander mortgage tracker - quick help please

I've just seen that the underwriter decision has been made on my mortgage with Santander but it doesn't say what the decision is. I just rang up to find out and was told that someone would call me next week. Arrrrgh! I can't wait that long and it's a bank hol on Monday!!

Does anyone know that if you get a tick against the decision that means it has been accepted?

Here's a screenshot showing what I mean:

(I had to remove colon and last dot as it won't let me post links)

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hmm,
    I agree doesn't really tell you a yes or no from the screenshot. Looks like the application was passed to the underwriter and then it took them a couple of hours to make the decision.
    You could read it two ways;

    1: Underwriter decision [Ticked] - but they've rejected it hence as no tick on the Application passed to mortgage centre.
    2.Underwriter decision [Ticked] - approved on its way to the mortgage centre and they just haven't processed it yet.

    I'm sure I'm not saying anything here you can't work out for yourself but I would expect a [X] next to the underwriter decision if it had been rejected?

    Thanks. That's exactly what I was thinking that it could mean either of those. Surely they wouldn't put a tick if it had been refused would they??

    The fact that it hasn't been passed to mortgage centre concerns me but then again it took them 2 hours from receiving all the documentation before they passed it to the underwriters.

    In case anyone is wondering or if someone else has the same issue in the future, it turns out that a tick next to the underwriter decision can mean that your mortgage has been declined. :-(

    Not sure why in my case, waiting for a call back....
