Full and Final Payment?

I had a contract with TMobile. I didnt renew it because I was moving to Sweden. I didnt cancel it because I was coming back to SCotland for a wedding the month after I moved (contract ended the month of the wedding). I ended up sick and was in and out of hospital for 3 and a half months. When I got out of the hospital I had horrible letters from moorcroft debt recovery about not paying the phone bill when I was in the hospital.

I wrote a letter explaining and showing documentation I had been in out out of hospital having surgery, etc and that I had not extended my contract with the phone company and had not used the phone in that time. The bill was around £75. I offered £20 as I was trying to be fair and pay what I owed on my old contract. In my letter I asked for
