I am going to the Strand tomorrow with my forms and money, do I sign the forms before I go or do I sign them there.
Was told by the insolvency helpdesk to take 3 copies even if I did it on line, don't know whether to feel relieved or panicked.
Not looking forward to going into town with all that cash on me, really silly question, cash withdrawals from bank machines operate from midnight to midnight and not 24 hours from last withdrawal? Reason is OH withdrew £250 today (limit) at about 5pm and will withdraw the remainder for my fees tomorrow morning at about 8am.

The court i went to asked for three sets, all three sets were stamped. The court retained two of the sets and i was given the third.
Not sure if relevant but i was given the hand written original back and the court kept the two copied sets.

Well as of 12.33 today I am officially bankrupt. Still waiting for that feeling of elation hasnt't come yet, here is how the day went:
Got to the Criminal Courts of Justice at 9.30 this morning, had to wait until 9.45 for someone from the Personal Support Unit to come and meet me. Queued up to pay bankruptcy fees, then queued up to see if I was exempt from the court fees, as I receive £44 a month child tax credit I was. Then went to another part of the building to queue up again and had someone look over my document, swore an oath and was told to come back at 2.30. Went back at 2.30 and got told I was now bankrupt and had to go to the ORs office which is about 25 minutes walk away. Went there and queued yet again to be seen by someone from the ORs office. That bit wasn't very nice as I wasnt very comfortable with the person who saw me, dont know why, just a feeling. She told me that I would definitely be getting a second interview because of the level of debts, she wasn't sure if it would be by phone or in person but they would be in touch, again she didn't know when as it was a bank holiday weekend and she was going to be off next Tuesday so no letters or action would be taken on her part until she gets back to work. She didn't look at my SOA only my debts and took what paperwork I had. She gave me back my daughters bank account as although my name was on it, apparently I was only a trustee (account was a smart 2 save from Nationwide).
Got home tonight and there was a letter from Nat West asking me to contact them about the loan they had offered to clear my OD and Loan, and very nice letter from Capital One expressing their sorrow that I was having difficulty in paying my bill this month and giving me the names of some chairities that may be able to help me with a DMP or IVA and advised me not to go bankrupt as it would affect my credit score, like I want any more credit after all this.
Wish I could say I feel great after all this, but I dont, I feel a failure that I burried my head in the sand, when instead of consolidating my debts and cutting up my cards I could have done a DMP and probably have been nearly through it by now. I know I spent the money, I know I should have taken more care, but it was sooooo easy to spend spend spend. Lesson learnt and if I want something now I will have to save for it like we used to do when we were younger and couldn't get credit.
Take care all and I will keep you all updated on my progress through all this.Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. BSC No 880
