I'm not an expert in tax but I would have said, in the long term no. You earn a certain amount of money and it get taxed a certain amount. You aren't being paid more so should be paying the same amount of tax. As more of it is being paid in one go though there is a chance more will be taken out of your pay packet and will have to be claimed back later. It will depend on the people paying you I guess, and whether they are calculating your tax on a weekly basis or know how much tax you should be paying.

By the end of being paid next week you will have worked and been paid the exact same amount as if this had not happened. Hence you should have paid exactly the same amount of tax and NI by then as well. (the position may be a little more complicated for NI but I don't think so).

Cannot say definitely whether this will affect your NI but from what you have said it is quite possible. To tell you for certain will need figures for paid last week/should have been paid and paid next week with the adjustment/would have been paid without adjustment.

Tax will balance out as has been said if on cumulative tax code. If on non-cumulative then will may not be correct until cumulative is issued.
