1. Entry open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over except employees of Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Closing date for entries is 15/06/07. No purchase necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free and must be on an official entry form submitted on the website. One entry per household.
4. The draw will take place on 15/06/07.
5. The winner will be informed in writing by 18/05/07. For winner information send a SAE marked ‘Winner’ to ‘Yeo Valley Organic Ecover Draw, The Mendip Centre, Blagdon, Somerset, BS40 7YE after 18/06/2007.
6. Entry to the free prize draw denotes acceptance of the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
7. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged entries.
9. First prizes are 5 x self powered radios. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
10. The prize winners will be the first 5 entrants drawn at random under independent supervision.
11. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entries will become the property of the promoter and will not be returned. Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
13. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
