wrong pay scale company wont increase pay

The company I work for last year admitted that I and other team members were on wrong pay scale and said they would review it and correct it. 8 months on still they have done nothing and not increased our pay. I am on a temp contract although I have intitled to ask for a perm contract but do not wish to as I want to leave after summer.
Whilst I want to leave in mean time it would be nice to get right pay! The company said they had no comparision job for night shift we do but we have shown we are clearly underpaid and they themselves admited verbally that we are on wrong pay grade.
Any advice?

As long as you are being paid in line with the contract you agreed, there's very little you can do.0
