Is there any online service where I can create an Invoice but entering my own information ?
so that I can share that invoice to whom I exchange my services against payment.

    Just make one up on a spreadsheet as a template, then fill it in and save as a PDF?

    That what I do.

    I know of someone who uses Freshbooks. I believe it's a free online accounting system though having never used it, I have no idea if its any good.

    I personally do as warwicktiger suggests. I have a template set up on a spreadsheet. I just complete it, save as pdf and email it off. Really easy and quick to do.

    They offer full featured invoicing solution for free. It is OS independent as it is web based.
