30th card with 21 on it!?

It's my fellas 30th coming up in August and I know he really doesn't like the idea of hitting 30 haha. He still wants to be 21!
Well I've been looking everywhere online thinking someone must do a card with 30 on crossed out with 21 next to it, or 21 on the front and inside some little quote about being 30 really, or something similar, but I cant really find anything like that.
I've thought about emailing some bespoke handmade card people to see what they can offer but I was wondering If anyone manages to come across such a card or has a good idea, I'd be grateful for you to share it with me

I've never seen anything like that and would just ask someone that handmakes them, some of the handmade ones are really good.0

I have just had a wedding card made by Chloes crafts (put the www in front) it's superb maybe they could do a 30th come 21st .Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

Not on the high street website do 29+1 Birthday cards by Think Bubble not exactly like you asked for but a similar thing and I've seen cards with Happy 29th + 365 days on Etsy too
