No specific template leaps to mind, but you should inform them of the dispute and demand that they give or refer to back to vodafone.

Quote the section from here --> https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3558031

that state that they should suspend collection while investigating a disputed debt.

    Hi shelby100,

Thanks for making me aware of your husband's concerns.

If he'd like me to look into this could you ask him to email me with his details via the link in our profile here?

All he'll need to do is copy and paste the link into his web browser and it I'll take him to the Contact us form on our website.

To ensure that it reaches me could he also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives could you update the thread with his email reference number and I'll get back to him as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee

  • Hi,

Thanks for your reply Vodaphone rep, I have done that but it wont send it keeps saying they are making changes to site and we used the chat thing but the person refused to give a complaints address.

please can you provide a contact for complaints as last time my hubby phoned a member of staff in your international call centre laughed at him and put the phone down. He will of course be requiring a copy of that call recording among others.

    Thanks

    Hi shelby100,

I'm sorry to hear that this remains unresolved.

As you've had problems with the Contact us form could you ask your husband to email me with a contact number only at eforum.web@help.vodafone.co.uk and again quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once I've received it I'll get the concerns raised investigated as thoroughly as possible.

If you'd still like to write to us you can do at:

However, not to dissuade you or your husband from doing so, I can assure you that emailing me would be a quicker.

    Kind regards,

    Lee
