Whats happend to GFK

Hi For years I have been with GFK surveys. But for the last few months I have not been getting rewards for posting spam emails back to them and In your letter box returns.
I looked on their site with my password and it just says on the main page having technical problems. But this has been going on months. I still get what I buy surveys at the beginning of each month though.
Just wondered if anyone has been having the same problems

I've had the same problem with the through your letter box no rewards emailed them couple of weeks ago they told me it's a techinal fault they were quite moody about it well seemed that way to me the way they wrote back.Never heard of spam emails one wish I had have loads of spam email.

No problems here with GFK although I hadn't heard of the SPAM e-mails.

Sorry I should have said Collect Ads. You forward emails ( Or as I think of them as Spam).

Did they happen to say how long this technical problem will last as it is nearly three months since I had anything back from them.
Like you though I will try emailing them though last time I tried I never got a reply.

They said once it's been resolved you will recieve the rewards you are entitled to.
They never said when it will be resolved and I never asked I don't mind waiting good things come to those who wait.Rather have all vouchers in one go then a bit at a time.
I've been waiting the same amount as time as you 3 months wonder if it's happening to other people most probably.

I have had exactly the same problem, realised the other day that it was December when I had my last £1 monthly incentive for the spam postal thing. Hardly get any questionnaires off them either, just the odd one or two. So, I emailed to ask them what was happening, as I couldnt get into my account either. Am still waiting for a reply, but since I sent that email, I noticed I have not had the daily reminders for the gfk media panel. Just clicked through to the survey off an old email and gues what??? They have disabled my account and say they no longer need me. Something a bit fishy going on there I think.

I don't do the spam email thingy you're talking about but I am currently in a media survey for £10 voucher, have it every month or so and they always pay out

Is there any good from these surveys? I think it's really waste of time?

You get vouchers from them so saves you money also sometimes get products to test also it helps companies know what people think about their products also what people think about other things so it helps people in the future.
