Hello All
As you all know i have been asking a few questions for a friend and the advice i had from this forum has helped in an enormous way. So here is the story.
Collected forms for BR from courts on a Monday.
Managed to get a court date 4 days later.
Made BR that day.
11 days later had OR interview.
Congratulated on doing a good job with the BR forms.
Lots of questions but none about SOA.
Was told probably wont want to talk again.
Then the panic started.
This weeks Income had gone in to one of the banks that was affected.
Had to go to the bank with ID. and tell them the OR did have no interest at all with the account.
Bank managers face dropped when he was told about BR. and said he shall have to make a phone call to see if they would give back the money.
Now this is a bank that was owed a lot of money.
15 mins later, back he came.
With the money and then said. we shall have to downgrade your account sorry but you will receive a new card in a couple of days.
A couple of days later and sure enough the new card arrives.
From collecting the forms and being made BR and having the OR interview time in total 2 weeks.
Is this some sort of record..
I must stress that this person did not choose to go BR but it was the only option.
There is more things i could say but will leave the other details until discharged.
Thank you all that give advice.
I shall continue to be on the forum but will leave the questions that need answering to the more experienced users.

Hi Disco,
We should preserve a post like that for all the times we're told that this forum doesn't offer real assisstance but is just a place where "debt shy" people lurk.
Thanks for taking the time to update us,
