They only transact new business through IFAs and luckily we get to deal with the Stirling office.

Occasionally get a strong Scottish accent but no complaints there. I cannot give out the number I use but if you search for Pru in Stirling, you may find a telephone number that bypasses their call centre.

The numbers you've given will automatically transfer to Mubai in India. Prudential closed their switchboard in Reading and Stirling and made the staff redundant.

You could call and ask to be tranfered to Mark Tucker (the CEO) and see if you get offered an alternative numer in the UK.

0845 720000 - transfers to India usually although it used to be split between India and Belfast offices..

Thank you all, will try some of those, can`t even find a snail mail address to send a letter to, their email system throws up boxes with pre selected complaints, what a company, no wonder I hate capitalism.

Incidentally I got through to the Stirling office via Belfast, only commercial stuff handled in Stirling, so he transfered me to guess where?
I see some public relations numbers above, will try those and spoil someones dress down Friday, all the other numbers end up in Bombay one way or the other.
My advice , don`t deal with the Pru.
