1. There will be one (1) individual Prize of one (1) 'VW Camper van'.
2. The Prize is a VW Campervan 1966 split screen Deluxe Trim 1.6 petrol, left hand drive, manual transmission. The VW Campervan has had a Fat Face Logo sticker applied by Fat Face; this is non-permanent and can be removed. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership of the vehicle. The winner must arrange insurance and provide a full UK/EU driving license on the date of collection. The VW Campervan will have accrued mileage from previous ownership. Fat Face will not be responsible for any mechanical (or other) faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle. The VW Campervan will be supplied with 6 months tax, full MOT and a tank of petrol.
3. VW have not endorsed or supported this prize draw.
4. Entries can be made online at https://www.Fatface.com/25years by completing the online entry form. No purchase is necessary.
5. Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw. Fat Face does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
6. Entrants must be residents of the UK/Ireland and aged 18 or over by the 18th August 2013. Fat Face may need to see proof of age. Using false details will result in disqualification.
7. Entrants may enter multiple times via sharing methods - each additional share will result in another entry being generated for that entrant. Entries made online using methods generated by a script; macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
8. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Fat Face, any person directly or indirectly involved with Fat Face or the running of the prize draw or their direct family members.
9. The final closing date for entries is 31st July 2013 at 23.59. No entries will be accepted after this time.
10. Entries will be accepted from the UK and Ireland only.
11. The one (1) winner of the Prize will be decided no later than 12th August 2013. The winner will be selected by an independent judge and the winner will be contacted by Fat Face on the email address provided. The winner must then contact Fat Face to claim their Prize within 30 days of the date and time of the email sent by Fat Face to the winner. Only the winner will be contacted personally on the details that they provide at entry. Entrants must ensure that the details that they provide at entry are accurate and legible.
12. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If they cannot be contacted, fail to respond or if a Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above (or there is a failure to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise the winners are unable to comply with the terms and conditions), the Prize shall be forfeited and Fat Face reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Fat Face may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant period.
13. The winner of the Prize will be announced on the Fat Face Facebook and Twitter page within one week of the Prize being awarded.
14. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
15. Fat Face reserves the right to: (i) substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value at any time; and (ii) cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of Fat Face.
16. Fat Face's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The winner may be required to participate in publicity and the prize draw may appear in other promotional materials. The winners name will be available once the Prize has been claimed by contacting marketing@fatface.com
18. The winner will be required to collect the vehicle from Fat Face Clothing, Unit 3 Ridgway, Havant, Havant, PO9 1QJ UK.

20. Fat Face will not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform any contractual obligation which is due to any event or circumstances which is beyond the reasonable control of Fat Face or which Fat Face could not foresee or avoid.
