Sipp Help Please

Hello
Can anyone help please, I put my pension into a sipp just before the age for drawing it went up to 55 I did this with the intension of taking draw down then turning it into an anuity to get maximum cash out but the company doing this cocked up and it did not go through in time so I was left with the money in the Sipp and was given no further help, I have taken two drawdowns since, I did this because I have had cancer and was given a 50/50 chance for the next five years, I am now left with less than 30K in the Sipp is there any way I can get the money out, any advice would be helpfull
