Calling mortgage brokers- can you offer me a better BTL deal

I have been offered a SVR -0.96% tracker for 2 years by my current lender and I wanted to know if there as anyone out there who could offer me a better deal. (please also include all fees relating to the offer including booking fees, arrangement fees etc)

Basically I have another mortgage as well as they BTL property and I am looking for a maximum 2 year tie in period with the possibility of paying in overpayments. My current term is left at 18 years and it is a repayment mortgage that I am looking for.

Also does anyone know if the main lenders have flexibility to match other deals or are their mortgages fixed in stone with no negotiation possible.
