Addition or deletion of a credit account - please advise

Hi,

For the past few months my Experian credit report has been getting unrecorded enquiries from a debt agency.

Today I have, from the same agency, received 'Addition or deletion of a credit account'. It has status '8' meaning: The account is in 'default'. You failed to keep to your credit agreement and have not responded satisfactorily to requests to bring your payments up to date, so the credit agreement has ended.

Further information is as follows:

Account type: CURRENT ACCOUNT
Started: XX/09/2003
Current balance: Settled
Settled on: XX/08/2009
File updated to:
XX/05/2013

What I am trying to establish is whether or not this means I will no longer be pursued for the debt in question.

Many thanks.
