Bankrupcy - No address

I left the UK a month ago and I am now living in another EU country in temporary accomodation. I plan to file bankrupcy in the UK within the 3 month window as I am allowed to do. My question is - How do I handle the address section on the Petition and SOA? My last UK address, where I was living up until a month ago (and paying council tax - all paid up!), will be listed as a former address. What would the court accept? I cannot put my current EU address as it is temporary and it would be unfair to the owner. The choices seem to be - leave it blank, put 'No Fixed Abode' or a mailbox address in residence format (i.e. it doesn't say P.O.)

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this to guide me?

Thanks.

I think you may need advice from CAB or a free debt charity, I dont know if you can go Bankrupt with no fixed abode as how would they send any paperwork or things to sign such as an IPA if you got one.

I could give them my overseas address for that (actually a mailbox by necessity as they don't deliver mail here). According to the insolvency service website " if you lived or ran a business in England and Wales within the 6 months immediately before you present the petition, you can take it to a county court."

but the OR will still need a means of speaking to you if the need arose...so email telephone etc as well as somewhere to send documents etc

You would presumably put whatever current address you are at.

It is not unfair to the owner. It won't effect them.

As soon as you move on then you update the OR with any new address.
