Saw this post on friday and printed off the voucher (thanks v much OP for the heads up) and as I was going to Cardiff for the weekend thought would go to the boots there to get my freebies. I love Urban Decay.

Went in on Sunday only to find the Urban Decay consultant doesnt work on Sundays and no-one else knew anything about it. Went back in on Monday and there was still no-one there as the consultant doesn't work on bank holidays. Amazing. Anyway, the lady on the No7 stand was really helpful, got the manager over and everything to help. That was where the fun begins. Apparently they haven't received the products yet! They had someone come in on Saturday with the voucher and that was the first they'd heard of it.

Can't believe that there is a national promotion running, the huge Boots in Cardiff was the only store in Wales to be offering the products and they hadn't received them before the busy bank hol weekend. Not sure who is to blame really but I'm going to be writing an email to boots and copying in the daily mail and urban decay public relations dept! I know there are more important things going on in the world but it was so frustrating to go out of my way - twice- to pick up the freebies only to find they didn't even have them. I'm not able to go to any of the other stores for ages now so I'm going to miss out due to someones incompetence. grr.
