Picked up one in my local store [Kent] last night.. didn't have the nerve to take more, but with the amount I spend on beauty and toiletries, I will be going back.. :D

The missus picked up one of these today for the information on quitting, but is there much point in taking loads of them? How much toothpaste, smoking gum and mouthwash do you really need to buy - as I see it it is not a £1 saving when spending £3, it is an unneccassary spend of £2 on something I did not really need, or could have bought just as cheap elsewhere without a coupon. Or can multiple vouchers be handed in en-mass, even if you do not buy the product?

I've never really got into the coupon collecting except for the ones that come with the clubcard statements.

But when vouchers are combined eg use an old quit on healthcare £2 off and a new quit healthcare £2 off = £4 off an £8 spend then if the item(s) are on bogof you are paying nothing ! so you can stock up on something that you need completely free.

The same principle applies to the toiletries vouchers, combine a h&b voucher, with a old quit and a new quit and yay freebies again !

Myself personally I have bags of bags of toiletries/healthcare which will be donated to charity, the school, friends and family.

Its a lovely feeling helping others whilst moneysaving

Beauty and Toiletries covers deodorant, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, etc.. it doesn't take much to spend £5 on these items, so each Quit Pack will give a £1.25 saving on these items. Between myself, a teenage daughter and the other half, I probably spend over a fiver every week...

I went searching for coupons for the very first time last night as its been about 10 years since I was last at Tesco and it was a disaster!

Bought a few reduced items and some bread, milk etc and tried to use some of the Food Doctor coupons from the Fresh magazine.

Total was £6 odd and young girl on the till said only 10% of total unless I had bought it :(

I had actually bought some Food doctor bagels but I didn't have a voucher for those so she wouldn't even scan one!

Not a voucher or coupon to be seen anywhere and when I asked a young lad about them, he hadn't a clue.

    Think I will give up!
Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!
    Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945
    Smoke free days = 11 Years :T
Cash saved so far = £125,45,11
