Ambiguous job description, thoughts on this??

Hi guys saw a job advertised with the following:

"Shift Work – 2 days, 2 Nights (12 Hour shifts) and 4 days off on a Flexible Shift Pattern

Annual basic salary (pro rata over a 12 month period) £27,924 plus production bonus, private healthcare, pension, flexible benefits and product allowance.

The role involves working a fully flexible shift pattern, which is currently 36 weeks working time per year, however, If you are required to work any of the 16 Weeks outside of your contracted hours – additional payments will be made."

Am I taking that as £27,924 (x36/52 = £19,332) or would that be take home salary?
Thanks!
