i actually got a pack through the letterbox-hand delivered, that had a few samples in it including chewing gum, nivea cream, tissues, vouchers and leaflets. i saw the offer on one of these and came and posted on here so i think they launched this year. can't remember what the company name was on the pack that distributed these but it started with a 'v' (can't check as i'm at mums for the weekend, but will do when home!)
