Haha I was getting into trouble for doing this on here the other day, but finally there are a few of us in very similar circumstances, so I am glad I'm not the only one.

One thing that I was being told by people was to remember that 100's of mortgages go through every day up and down the country with NO problems. Rarely will someone come and post here when it goes really well, they are too busy off with their new bricks and mortar! People usually only post when needing an answer to a question or when things go wrong and given how busy this forum is overall, this section is not as fast as others which suggests that the problems really are just a little snapshot of real life out there!

Having said all that, I totally did not listen to any of the above and instead held my breathe my 3 months, so I know exactly how you feel but please try not to worry, its an exciting time and it should in a weird way be enjoyed

StrawberryTwist it's so reassuring to hear that you were in a similar boat to us but have had yours agreed! Congratulations! That's reassured me a bit. I don't think it helps that I am impatient and a worrier!
