Hmm, going on past experience of mighty deals it'll probably be wasp venom instead of bee. Or maybe simply nettles! DH bought a cheapy tablet from them and it's not the specification advertised. I know it was a cheapy but still think they ought to be honest in their blurb.

So how does that work? Not tested on animals (because animal testing is banned in the EU), but we killed bees to remove their stings?
  • Hmm wondering the same...how do they farm the bee venom? It seems rather dispicable especially since the bee population is in decline.

Not wanting to get into a debate about the rights and wrongs, however I would be inclined to question the company who makes this serum.

Bet you don't look any younger for it.
  • How cruel and unnecessary! People will buy anything to stave off their aging. Or will they? It's funny how people wait until they're starting to get wrinkles before they slather themselves with "anti-aging" creams, as if to reverse the damage.

The one and only proven thing to lesson the rate of premature skin aging and wrinkles is high factor sunscreen! Doesn't have to be a fancy or expensive breed, and perhaps it doesn't sound exciting or cutting edge, but it's true. If you want to help your skin, go for sunscreen, not rubbish like this.

I'm not sticking up for the people who make this or anything, because I find the process (they give the bees electric shocks to make them sting, then collect that) horrible, but at least they don't kill the bees.

I may be wrong but I always thought that a bee dies once it has stung someone , whereas wasps don't...so the bees will die::(

"Experts collect bee venom by placing a pane of glass alongside a hive and running a weak electrical current through it, which encourages the insects to sting the surface.

Because the bee's lance remains in its body, it does not die".
