    Is there a template letter for that? I had a quick look on National Debtline but couldn't see one

    Found it, I didn't scroll down enough
    LBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors
    June 20.....£7,587.....3 creditors left 72% paid

    £26,200 on interest only part of mortgage (July 16)...will chip away £17,103
    £49,200 repayment mortgage ( July 16) £37,764

    Yes, getting information about your credit agreement. Not sure where it lives though. Try looking at Fermi's posts, I've seen it linked from there

    Just re read their letter looking for the address and it says ....all future negotiations must be made through us as the appointed recoveries agent

    So, not bought just passed over?

    Should I add to the letter that I wish to be contacted by post only
