Employment Tribunal Help

I have taken my old employer to an employment tribunal for non payment of an annual bonus. I have had advice from CAB that have said I have a strong case as I am basing it on documents from my old employer. The date for the hearing is in June.
They responded to my initial claim on time, and last week made a 50% offer of my original claim. I made a counter offer and have not yet heard back a week later.
However, the tribunal stated that they and I had to "disclose documents" by the end of yesterday. I sent mine by email to both the emloyer and the tribunal on Monday. I have two read receipts from my old company, and a response from the tribunal. However I have received nothing from the company about their list.
I have just spoken to the tribunal who have said I can write to the tribunal judge about their non compliance. This is my question, what should i write and do i need to ask for anything specific?
