The Debenhams Beauty Club offer is open to Fans on Facebook from UK & ROI aged 18 and over except for Debenhams PLC to Debenhams Retail PLC and Debenhams Retail (Ireland) Limited employees and contractors (and their families), their associated companies, agents and anyone directly connected with the organization, and operators of its brands and concessions.
No purchase is necessary. No communication will take place with customers other than in connection with this offer unless they have previously opted-in to receive such marketing communications from the Debenhams Beauty Club.
A limit of one entry per customer will be accepted.
No bulk, third party or automated entries are accepted.
No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be handed in because of any technical or other reason.
The start date of the competition is Wednesday 22 May 2013; closing date for entries is 4pm on Wednesday 22 May 2013.
1 winner and 2 runners up will be picked at random and will be notified by Friday 24 May 2013.
The grand prize winner will win 2 x tickets to see Rihanna live in concert, as part of her Diamonds World Tour, at Manchester Arena on Wednesday 12th June. The prize includes travel to Manchester on the 12th June and from Manchester on the 13th June plus one nights’ accommodation for two on the 12th June. Two runners up will receive a Rihanna Diamonds Deluxe Edition Box Set plus 50ml Nude fragrance.
By entering their details, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these conditions.
Winners are picked at random by an automated system. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize.
A list of the winner’s names can be obtained by sending an SAE to; Rihanna May 13 Winners, Debenhams Beauty Club, Debenhams, 6th Floor, 33 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 1QX.
The winning prizes will be despatched directly by SAS & Company Ltd. Therefore, the winner’s details will be shared with SAS & Company Ltd for despatch purposes only and will not be kept for any further marketing purposes.

Terms and Conditions specific to the grand prize winner
1. By entering you are agreeing that you are available to attend the concert on the 12th June 2013 and if for whatever reason you cannot attend the event you understand that no substitute date will be offered.

2. The grand prize winner will win 2 x tickets to see Rihanna live in concert, as part of her Diamonds World Tour, at Manchester Arena on Wednesday 12th June. The prize includes travel to Manchester on the 12th June and from Manchester on the 13th June plus one nights’ accommodation for two on the 12th June.
3. The grand prize winner and guest will need to be able to attend the event on the 12th June, travel on 12th June and return on the 13th June.
4. All travel and accommodation will be provided by SAS & Company Ltd. and the winner will need to agree to their details being passed onto SAS & Company Ltd. to make the necessary arrangements.
5. If due to cancellation of the concert or circumstances beyond SAS & Company Ltd. control, SAS & Company Ltd. is unable to provide any stated prize or any part of it, the promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
6. The prize(s) must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions. The tickets cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances.
7. All prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with prize(s) of an equivalent value should any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. The Promoter shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize(s), then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant.
