i want to pay off my debt to this company but they want more than i actually owe them what can i do?

How much do you owe, what are your repayments? Over how long? How lol is left?

owe about 12000 they want 12711 55 pay 58.00 per week just want to get rid of this debt i thought paying early would knock off money not add it on0
