if anyone uses fimo clay i would like to let you know that i search ebay frequently
only to find The Range (THERES ONE IN SOUTHAMPTON )the best prices for it
£1.49 a block
£6.99 for the packet with 10 half blocks
£14.99 for the packet with 24 half blocks
also sculpey 30 pack is £14.99
they dont have a wide rang of acceseries but also sell the molds and small cutters
all their prices are considerably lower than hobby craft
if anyone knows of a reasonably cheap place to buy the varnish i would be very interested as its £2.10 FOR A VERY SMALL BOTTLE IN HOBBYCRAFT

dont know if its of any use to you, but I bought some in woolworths the other day ( also saw still reduced today whilst in there) those packs of jewellery kits, keyrings etc with 4 blocks or 3 blocks of fimo included, for £2.24
I had my 'first go' with fimo the other night....... spent hours modelling little minature flowers, plates of food, dragonflies, bowls, cutlery etc etc.. (all for stepdaughter whos convinced I have fairies living in my garden) popped them in the oven, following instructions. and the house was full of smoke, and the carefully and lovingly made minatures all the same shade of sludge brown, burnt beyond recognition...in 10 mins flat! :O turns out, had the wrong temp for the wroong type of cooker ( i think anyway!)
live and learn I guess! lolTatts :hello: :kisses2:0 -
