my wife had the for 7 years come Oct - will they pass on the .25% reduction on mortgage?

the last time my wife spoke with them they seemed to think she wouldn't receive the .25%. I think the advisor was incorrect thought - will check paperwork, was just being lazy asking on here.0

We're in a similar situation. According to the website the Together mortgages are excluded from the loyalty rate. I've not checked my documentation yet though - I don't expect I'll get it as I seem to get nothing

Together doesn't qualify for the loyalty discount and it never did. It has a special variable rate of 4.78%, not the standard variable rate of 4.79%.I am a mortgage broker.
