Seeking suggestions for possible mortgage deals available in the market

Thank you very much for your reading in advance 
I am looking for available mortgages in the market, but I was told by mortgage advisers that not many banks would like to lend me the money. Here is my case:
1. Have lived in UK for more than 5 years;
2. Holding a working visa (about 6 months);
3. Have a permanent job and my employer has agreed to sponsor the the next working visa (Tier2);
4. Annual salary 35k, no debt, and can pay about 20% of the house price.
5. Now working in Scotland for about 6 months.
If you can shed light on some possible or good deals, I really appreciate the help. Many thanks.
