How quick are Nationwide at the moment?

Hi all,

Just wondered how quick mortgage offers are going through with Nationwide at the moment? Anyone have any experience with them recently?

    Took us about 4 weeks, it will probably depend on how quickly the valuation can be arranged.

    My buyers are having a Nationwide mortgage & valuation was carried out 4 working days after they made offer on house & yesterday, just a week after surveyor was here I heard that they had received results of valuation & the mortgage offer.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    Just thought I'd give a quick update regarding nationwide incase anyone else is using them at the moment.

    We sent out full application off on Wednesday, and they instructed surveyor/valuation yesterday and text us updates today, so far so good, very quick !
