Entry is restricted to one per person
All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, August 18, 2013. 5. The winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
7. One winning entrant will win a Bupa Complete Health Assessment, to be carried out at a Bupa Centre nearest to the winner’s home or place of work. If the winner is over the age of 65, they may choose a Mature Health Assessment. Further information on Bupa Health Assessments can be found at https://www.bupa.co.uk/individuals/health-assessments/complete-health.
8. The prize must be taken before December 31, 2013 and is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

I'm reasonably certain that this is not a dupe as it was new on the DT site as I posted it to MSE.Plus I have checked via many search fields & cannot see it.
