A 50k deposit? Which royal residence are you hoping to buy?
Seriously, how will she pay the loan back - how old is she, what is her income?
If the answer is that you are getting a mortgage and will also repay her loan then that isn't going to work for you as your lenders will want proof of where your deposit came from.0 -
Is this a gift or a loan to you?
Assuming its a gift ss she employed/earning? How long does she want to take the loan over / how much can she afford to repay a month?
Assuming she is earning at a sufficient level and likely to continue to do so for the duration of the loan then a regular high street/mainstream mortgage is likely to be most suitable.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
