BCW good or bad!

Have just received a letter today from one of my CC stating they have passed my debt to BCW who will contact me shortly
Are they good to deal with or not?

LBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors
June 20.....£7,587.....3 creditors left 72% paid
£26,200 on interest only part of mortgage (July 16)...will chip away £17,103
£49,200 repayment mortgage ( July 16) £37,764

Not massively different to other debt collectors.
You might find it better to always deal with them in writing and not to phone them.
Most debt collectors are easier to deal with in writing if you are unable to repay the debt immediately. They are not so easliy able to use pressure tactics to get people to agree to pay more than they can really afford.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

I know all their calls are recorded, they are telephone based but pass out to 3rd partys for field visitsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
