Hi,
I was wondering if someone could tell me what a Fixed Term Deferred means? It is listed on my credit report but there is no information about the company.
I have copied and pasted the info below.

That looks like a buy now pay later deal - something like a sofa or other furniture.
The deferred would typically refer to one of these 'pay nothing for a year' deals.
Its odd that its showing an outstanding balance, no payments since 2009 but not showing as deferred either - can you not think of anything it could relate to? perhaps an order that you later cancelled or an item you returned or anything?
If there are not details at all of who the credit agreement is with then I would contact the credit reference agency as they will be able to tell you who put the entry on there and provide an address for you to write to that company and if they cannot do that they should remove the entry.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
